This is a picture of something you never want to see when you come into work on a Monday, but there it was, a gaping hole in my warehouse roof, and lots of water covering the floor. Evidently the roof experienced some damage during the last storm when high winds ripped off some shingles and compromised the roof’s integrity. With all the snow on the roof there was no way of telling that the damage had happened until the snow melted, and you know the rest of the story. . .

Once the room was completely dry, they repaired the roof and repainted the ceiling.
