Our Communication plan starts with a 1/4/8 process. The initial phone call will be responded to within the 1st hour of the loss, within 4 hours or less of the call, we will be onsite for our initial walk through, and crews will be dispatched for any EMERGENCY work needed. We will scope the loss, and within 8 hours of the initial call we will have a PLAN in place, and that plan will be communicated through a briefing process within the first 8 hours.
